Payment & Order Policy
Once you place an order, two payment methods are available:

  • Online card payment (Visa, MasterCard) — an instant transaction with full data protection.

  • Cash on delivery (cash or card) at a Nova Poshta branch — terms and fees are set by the carrier.

After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing all order details.

Delivery

  • Within Ukraine:
    We ship all orders via Nova Poshta with a delivery time of 1–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier’s rates.

  • International Delivery:
    We offer delivery via Nova Poshta (2–3 weeks) or DHL (up to 7 business days). Costs and transit times vary by destination country and chosen service; the exact rate is provided during checkout.

Order Processing Time
We strive to dispatch your order within a few hours of confirmation. In most cases, your package will be shipped on the same business day or, at latest, within two business days.
